Little presentation about the new Texture FX system using DirectX 11

- Use Texture Pool to reduce gpu memory
- Allows to alter result texture (size, format, mip generation...)
- Of course Dynamic compilation with code editor , so you can tweak your postfx live ))
- Compute shader support (if you prefer if over pixelshader).
