Oberlicht by Klaus Wäldele (diploma @ hfg_of_main)
vvvvwork by Tobias Teickner

(short project description)

'Oberlicht' is an installation work that has been developed in the (art-historic) context of ceiling frescos and the analysis of concepts like athmosphere, traces and perspective.
a computer shows realtime generated selections of photographs (defined by specific patterns).
the photographs are projected on a 4x6 m surface installed beneath the ceiling.
the light and the photographs are enhanced by the ampliefied sound of the harddisk which permanently reads photographic-data, everything concludes in a kind of meditative, latent tension.

(Kurzbeschreibung)
