Distortion From Optical Flow incl. Optical Flow Shader

a little update with "cleaned up" shaders and patch:

DistortedFromOpticalFlow02.zip (9.64 Kb)

maybe someone wants to make a nice patch out of it...

regard the old version to be deprecated:

<strike>
DistortedFromOpticalFlow.zip (10.73 Kb)

@catweasel:

there is a problem with rendering values to texture (rgba) the alpha value is always set to 1. maybe used the wrong pixelformat in the renderer? didn't have time to elaborate further. hackaround with two shaders : one writes x velocity into a texture, the other y velocity. patch needs to be made nicer. also i didn't have time to play around with the parameters, so i don't know if it truely behaves the way it is supposed to be.

don't have more time right atm to further investigate, but the optical flow shader does work, and the distort does s.th. read the. feel free to clean it up and make the patch nicer & bother me if you have questions, will have more time tomorrow. </strike>
